A life-long advocate for health and fitness, Bobby Wade is an experienced fitness instructor currently running EDF’s Boot Camp sessions. As a retired NFL wide receiver, he understands the importance of making your body work for you. He’s excited to pass this knowledge on to the younger generation and help make an immediate impact on future professional athletes.
Athletic Expertise. Bobby is an Arizona native and attended Desert Vista High School in Phoenix, Arizona. There he was a student letter winner in football, track & field, soccer and basketball. As a senior, he was the USA Today High School Football Player of the Year and he helped lead his team to the Class 5A State Championship. In track & field, he won the Class 5A triple jump title as a senior. Bobby went on to college and played as a wide receiver for the University of Arizona Wildcats. In 33 games, he caught 200 passes for 2897 yards and 19 touchdowns.
Bobby was drafted to the Chicago Bears and over his 7 year NFL career played for the Titans, Vikings, Chiefs, and Redskins. He now enjoys coaching youth football and is the Organization Leader for the AZ Saints. Bobby has a great appreciation for all sports, dance and other art forms.
